Grilled
chicken salad with pickled single clove garlic |

Ingredients
- 2 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup “Maejin” pickled single
clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
- 1 tablespoons seasoning sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped bird chilli
- 1 tablespoons chopped young ginger
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoons “Maejin” pickled
single clove garlic medium
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- assorted vegetables for salad |
Instructions
1. Mix palm sugar, seasoning sauce, and oyster sauce together
and marinade with chicken thighs for 30 minutes.
2. Grill the chicken until it is well done.
3. Stir fry the remain marinade liquid with vinegar, “Maejin”
pickled single clove garlic medium, sugar, salt,
and chopped bird chilli.
4. Put the chicken together with salad vegetables and
“Maejin” pickled single clove garlic
on the serving dish and then pour the dressing from process
3 over the dish. |
