Ingredients
- 50-60 wonton wrappers
- 200 g. ground pork
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 2 tablespoons “Maejin” garlic
& black pepper stir fry sauce
- 2 can “J.F. FARM” longan in syrup
- “Maejin” sweet chilli dipping
sauce
- vegetable oil |
Instructions
1. Mix the ground pork with “Maejin”
garlic & black pepper stir fry sauce, corn
flour, and chopped green onion.
2. Stuff the mixture from process 1 into each longan taken
from “J.F. FARM” longan in syrup
and steam all of them until cooked.
3. Wrap each steamed stuffed longan with wonton wrapper.
4. Deep fry the longan wontons and serve with “Maejin”
sweet chilli dipping sauce. |
