Tom Yam
Ingredient:
- Tom Yam Paste 100 g.
- Water 500 g.
- Shrimp / Squid 100 g.
- Mushroom / Galanga / Lemongrass 50 g.
- Coriander and Kaffir lime leaf for top up
Method:
- Boiling water and add galangal and lemongrass to boil about 3 minutes.
- Add Tom Yam Paste and cooking well then, add Shrimp or Squid to boil until well done.
- Add Mushroom and cook until well done.
- Add Coriander and Kaffir lime leaf for top up before serve.
